Innovation Lessons from Scott Cook

0saves

Here’s a great presentation Scott Cook (founder of Intuit)  gave back in 2005 on how Intuit develops new products. Needless to say, their approach is very problem oriented, customer research focused and with the goal of removing complexity from their solutions.

NOTE: Turn your sound on, as audio is embedded in the slides.

Enjoy.
