That “feature that get regularly demo’d” is very familiar, and you receive the same feedback on it all the time, and that never feedback never makes it into production.
Nice but
1. “Requirements dropped late in the dev cycle” partially fall out of the big circle
2. “Missing feature that lost a big deal” almost always fall out of the big circle
